When my unit was delivered, there were 2 issues in shipping and they stepped up and immediately handled them to my satisfaction after getting details, photos and working with carrier. I would recommend working with them and the Osburn stove is beautiful and excited to get it installed.

Price was way better than anywhere i looked, i was a little nervous about it but everything i ordered came fast and perfectly packaged. I was looking at the Montlake 300 wood insert on the internet and found Belle Flame. The price were less around $200-$300 from other stores and also they had a sales ongoing. I find this to be a better deal and talked someone named Moni on the phone. He confirmed everything was in stock and will be shipped next day after my order. I was really interested and put the order #4483 with them. We received the insets perfectly on time and make it installed within 3 weeks of purchasing. The Monesson Linear Ventless Fireplace was shipped as expected. However, one item, had some damage in shipment. I contacted Lionel to let him know. He was very kind and understanding and said that I should send photos of the issue. About a week later a new shipment was received. Unfortunately, another piece was faulty; the fragility of the "driftwood" was hard to keep safe. I contacted Lionel again he requested another shipment, this time with a placard identifying it was fragile. Fortunately the third try was successful. Thanks to Lionel for his great customer service our fireplace is now complete.
